Singleton Beato is responsible for creating and driving strategic initiatives to accelerate the talent and workforce diversity agenda in the advertising, media and communications industry. Singleton is called upon by top agency executives to provide leadership, partnership, guidance and support in the design and application of talent development and workforce inclusion best practices that build organizational capacity and enhance business performance.

Prior to joining the 4A’s, Beato led the human resources and diversity efforts at JWT, where she established a formalized human capital business unit to effectively manage and support 800 employees. As an award-winning business leader with more than 20 years of experience, she has worked in advertising, financial services, fitness and entertainment and real estate development. She has held positions with Crunch Fitness International, Bloomberg L.P., CIT/Credit Finance, United Media, Chase Manhattan Bank and Ambassador Construction.

Beato  holds a B.A. and M.S. degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has received numerous Human Resources and Leadership Development certifications. She is married and resides in New Jersey with her husband and son.
