Mark leads Barkley’s innovation practice. Using a human-centered innovation approach, Mark and his team help clients prove their brand promise through action, experience and invention. Mark founded Moonshot, Barkley’s innovation lab, in 2011 and before that, led digital strategy for the agency. In 2012, Mark helped Barkley earn AdWeek’s Inaugural Project Isaac award for Best Practices in Innovation Management. Before joining Barkley in 2005, he founded internationally acclaimed digital agency, lookandfeel new media in 1996.
