Lilian Tomovich is the Chief Experience & Marketing officer at MGM Resorts International, a $10 billion global hospitality and entertainment company operating a portfolio of over 21 destination resorts brands, including Bellagio, Mirage, Aria, MGM Grand, and Mandalay Bay; over 400 food and beverage outlets; 350 retail outlets; and renowned entertainment acts including Cirque du Soleil productions. Prior to MGM, Ms. Tomovich was senior vice president of consumer marketing for MasterCard. In her early career, Ms. Tomovich held senior marketing positions with both Citi and Loyalty One, the world’s leading provider of loyalty marketing programs to global corporations. Her work has been recognized by numerous industry awards and she was most recently awarded 2016 Brand Innovators Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing and 2016 Hot Topics 50 Most Influential Travel and Hospitality Marketers in the Americas. Ms. Tomovich earned an M.B.A. from Wayne State University in Michigan. She lives in Las Vegas with her husband and daughter and is passionate about luxury travel, great food and donuts.
