Jen Putnam leads the creative department at Allen & Gerritsen where she collaborates alongside a team of thinkers and makers determined to create purpose-driven work that’s focused on making the world a better place. She’s a true champion for diversity and inclusion, both in the workplace and outside our industry. Since joining A&G in 2015, Jen has built a cross-office department that focuses on new technologies and consumer-centric experiences, and has transformed the agency in the process. Plus, she’s spearheaded A&G’s Action & Goodness initiative, which focuses on using our powers for good.
Prior to A&G, Jen worked at DDB Needham, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, Digitas & SapientNitro. Her dynamic vision, team-building style and passion for cause based marketing being applied to clients as diverse as Kellogg’s, Anheuser Busch, GM, Olay and IHG. Her “Being a Girl” Tryouts co-creation platform for P&G won the President’s Award for teen marketing. Her time at e-commerce leader Rue La La further proved her innate ability to communicate across channels – especially to women.
Today, Jen is focused on fostering positivity within her creative teams, and mentoring young talent throughout the industry. And being a proud Mom to 2 college kids and 2 rescue pups.
