Denise is an entrepreneurial and visionary marketer with 20+ years’ experience. She is a recognized industry leader with experience in brand building, business development, creativity, innovation and integrated communications strategy.
As President of GPJ, which has been named Advertising Age’s leading experiential marketing agency for the past 4 years, Denise leads teams of creative personnel, strategic planners, account management and operations groups across 9 offices in North America including 3 fabrication and manufacturing facilities in the US. GPJ, with its 650 employees in the US and over 1,300 globally, engages and delights 12 million+ people a year through brand activations and experiential engagements.
Prior to her role at GPJ, Denise was the Senior Vice President, General Manager of McCann where she led the integrated advertising campaigns for clients including General Motors, Coca-Cola, and MasterCard. Before that, she worked at several global advertising agencies in the US, Asia and Canada including McCann, Ogilvy, JWT and Grey across almost every product and service category.
In 2016, Denise was honored with the Silver Award for Woman of the Year – Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations at the iconic Stevie Awards for Women in Business. She has authored several articles in Advertising Age and Event Marketer among other marketing and advertising industry and business publications. Denise is also actively involved in the international leadership organization the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
She and her husband live in Los Angeles with their young daughter who engages and delights them every day.
